Christine was a Bad Ass
Another one that we were remembering during episode 3 was Christine the car, from the John Carpenter 1983 horror film. I barely remember this as a child and it was scary!
In late 1957, a red and white 1958 Plymouth Fury is being built on the assembly line. The car injures a factory worker by slamming its hood shut on his hand. When another one sits in the driver’s seat and flicks cigar ashes onto the upholstery, the car suddenly starts playing 1950s rock and roll music, and later, the worker is found dead inside the car.
Terrorizing. Nightmare fuel. Kick ass car! Have you seen this and did it scare the daylights out of you, too?
